SHIPPING & RETURNS
All ANSAN pieces are made to order and typically ship within 10–15 business days following a 24-hour order confirmation period, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, production timelines for certain styles may be extended. Any revised dispatch timeline will be communicated within the confirmation period, with the option to decline and receive a full refund.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, except where required by applicable law.
Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. In the event of a sizing or manufacturing discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so our team can review and assist.
Every ANSAN piece undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
Approved refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days and typically reflect in the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Any unforeseen delivery delays will be communicated promptly.
