Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

•⁠  ⁠Once an order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement.
•⁠  ⁠ANSAN may take up to 24 hours to review and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been accepted.
•⁠  ⁠Customers have 24 hours from placing their order to request any eligible changes.
•⁠  ⁠Select styles are eligible for length customisation. Requests for length adjustments must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
•⁠  ⁠After the 24-hour review period, orders are considered confirmed and will proceed to production.
•⁠  ⁠Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping

•⁠  ⁠All ANSAN pieces are made to order and shipped within the lead time specified on the product page.
•⁠  ⁠Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
•⁠  ⁠Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
•⁠  ⁠While we strive to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to production delays, fabric availability, public holidays, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
•⁠  ⁠In the event of a significant delay, our team will keep you informed and provide an updated timeline wherever possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

•⁠  ⁠If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is required for all damage or defect claims.
•⁠  ⁠Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
•⁠  ⁠The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
•⁠  ⁠Claims for garments that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
•⁠  ⁠Upon verification of the claim, ANSAN will arrange a replacement and bear all associated shipping costs.

Exchanges

•⁠  ⁠Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.
•⁠  ⁠We offer a one-time exchange only if the garment does not fit in accordance with the size ordered.
•⁠  ⁠Exchanges are not accepted if an incorrect size was selected at the time of purchase.
•⁠  ⁠Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition.
•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the garment back to ANSAN.
•⁠  ⁠ANSAN will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged garment to the customer.
•⁠  ⁠Length-customised garments are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue

•⁠  ⁠A description of the issue
•⁠  ⁠Relevant photographs
•⁠  ⁠The unboxing video (for damaged or defective items)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

As all ANSAN pieces are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

•⁠  ⁠Change of mind
•⁠  ⁠Incorrect size selected by the customer
•⁠  ⁠Colour variations due to screen settings
•⁠  ⁠Length-customised garments
•⁠  ⁠Customised or special-order garments
•⁠  ⁠Orders that have entered production
